POLICE911 Social is the website and public name of the activities of the Department for Assistance and Support to Socially Vulnerable People of the All-Ukrainian Public Organization “Ukrainian Rescue Service”. Our direct hands-on work is carried out mainly in Odesa and its surrounding areas. Information and consultation support is not limited to one city or country.
Our principle: look for ways to help a person, not reasons to refuse.
